“I had a great experience buying a bookcase here. They were friendly and helpful, but also gave me room to think when I needed it. They have some of the best options in town for solid wood bookcases. Most shops don’t have them anymore. The price was reasonable for the quality. If you want a more modern look, you can head next door. Delivery was cheap compared to other furniture stores and it came when they said it would.”

There are many styles and designs to choose from and more than just furniture too. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for they are happy to listen and then open up their books to show some options. Staff is very helpful and it makes the process easy. Love the customer service and personal touch. My favorite item is my dining room table which I was able to customize the color and leg style. My husband would say his favorite is his new recliner! If you haven’t been, go check it out. You will be happy you did.”

“Beautiful, American-made high quality furniture. Most is solid Mission or Craftsman style. Nothing trendy or midcentury modern, but very well made, much of it by Amish-run, American companies, of real wood. Bought a beautiful nightstand and coffee table off the floor, and yesterday, our made-to-order Cherrywood dining table arrived in perfect condition, within the 8-10 week time frame we were quoted. Prices match the quality, and the sale people were patient and friendly, happy to discuss any number of small details so we would get the exact pieces we wanted…”

“Anthony and his team were extremely helpful when it came to ordering business furniture for my offices and made the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. They helped me pick out colors that would match well and furniture that would outlast constant wear and tear.This however, pales in comparison to the help they gave me when my father became ill. Anthony went out of his way to help me find a prefect chair for my father and let him heal as comfortably as possible. Their compassion made what could have been extremely stressful, much easier. “I worked with the owner and he was great. We only had about 2 hours of time and he walked us around and showed us everything they had. WE loved the bedroom set in the front entry and bought it. We also bought a very nice sofa that was also on display. My hubby and I also got a mattress for our room. They gave us a great discount because we lost our house in the valley fire. The owner also gave us free deliver to my house. He was really easy to work with and such a nice guy. We are happy to do business with this shop and hope to be back again soon. They have such nice things. We have had the couch and furniture for over 3 weeks now and still really love it all. Everyone who sits on the couch loves it and mostly every one falls asleep on it. “What I found here I have not been able to find at other furniture stores anywhere. Customer service that was amazing… They have beautiful quality made pieces of furniture. I ordered a sofa and two chairs. Even though I MADE a mistake on ordering one of the pieces I was TAKEN CARE of. I really wished I had come here for all my furniture needs. I recently purchased a large sectional from a very well know couch store, fabric already wearing. I have not received near the customer service from this other company as I have at Old Town. Needless to say that I put poor Dawn through the ringer, but she was patient and professional to the end.
